8/6/24 Harris Board Meeting - (Outside Pavilion)

Fall Ball Expectations:

• Be clear with Coaches on goals and expectations of Fall Ball
• Coaches by age (Baseball):
• Littles: Dustin Coffman & Dustan Menz
• Machine Pitch: Jeff Trenery, Tim Aberli & Doug Burggraf
• Minors/Majors: Johnny Diaz & Mike Vasquez

Appropriate Social Media Posts:

• Discussed in depth that baseball and softball are the only appropriate posts

Board Openings for 2024/2025:

• Secretary
• Commissioner (Baseball)
• VP
• Operations
• Scheduler

Park Improvements:

• Dry well for parking lot needs drained and potentially replaced
• Electrical issues: Autumn holding payments until the job is completed
• Remodel of Concession building
• Painting of Pavilion’s. Autumn/Dave reaching out to the family to see if they will pay

Insurance:

• Inviting Rick, insurance company, to the next board meeting to discuss and understand our current policy(s).
• Waiver/liability must be signed by all travel players and parents
• How do we cover subs?
• Insurance policy to restart 8/1/24.

Travel Team Sub Commissioners/Liaisons:

• Do we need the role? Who will control the social media?
• We need to have a meeting with ALL travel team coaches 
• Potential Goals:
• Give direction of the Harris Travel Baseball / Softball Coaches needs
