General Topics

Non profit religious organization? (Can we be one?)
Yearly meeting must be made public according to our by-laws
When we change our by laws we have to post 30 days in advanced.
Special annual meeting where we really push to get feedback from Harris patrons
Needs to be in November.

Facebook posts have to be board approved
Once you’ve had 4 years, that’s the only time you can change affiliation
Need to vote for Hoy cause he hasn’t had 4 years so he can keep his rights and have his Mystique-yay

New Officer Election

Should fulfill your position for a full year before you’re placed on the executive board
Open nominations next meeting
Aug 6
Second week of September 10 we will vote
Every person gets one vote
Dave and Brandon will collect votes

Travel Ball

Dralle-45 players were sent offers, $100 down and then $1000 by a certain date....now what?
After the 12u age you need to have people vested in the next step
Travel team coaches nominate a liaison that attends the meetings and communicates to the teams

Fall Ball
